Please use our Housing Request Form for housing requests. All housing reservations should be requested at least 30 days in advance. Housing arrangements will be finalized upon receipt of payment for rent and, if required, security deposit.

*Academia Language School only offers housing for prospective or current students. Our offerings are based on availability at the time of the student’s inquiry. There is no guarantee that an applicant will receive housing, but every effort will be made in trying to find suitable accommodations based on the student’s budget and dates requested. If no housing can be arranged, the student will be referred to external resources in order to find housing on his/her own.

Condominium
If you are not interested in any of the housing options listed above, and would rather find your own apartment or home, we recommend you browse through the many online listings on websites such as airbnb.com or zillow.com, to find a place to live.
We are conveniently located near many residential neighborhoods like Waikiki, Makiki and Moiliili. Some online listings are for individual apartments, while others offer shared homes or condominiums. Please note that some landlords rent out their condominiums on a month-to-month basis, while others require a six-month lease or longer. Just pick your ideal living situation, and make sure it is close to school.
