About Ivy Bridge College

Ivy Bridge College

Ivy Bridge College is part of Tiffin University, an independent, coeducational institution that has been educating students since 1888. Tiffin is recognized nationally for its accredited on campus and online courses.

Ivy Bridge can be a key stepping stone toward your goal of achieving a Bachelor degree or beyond. If you already know what four-year school you would like to attend, we'll help you select the right classes to make your transfer as seamless as possible. If you don't know where you want to go, that's okay too. As you progress through your classes, we can help you identify the four-year schools that are best suited to your interests and that will accept the credits you've earned.

Unparalleled Mentoring & Academic Support

We understand that students need support not only as they transition from high school to college, but also throughout their Ivy Bridge College experience. That's why, from day one, all of our students are assigned their own "success coaches."

Coaches contact students regularly through scheduled phone calls, e-mail, and text messaging. They help you adjust to college life, offer input on what courses to take, discuss assignments and concerns, and work with you to set short- and long-term goals. Your coach is there for mentorship, guidance, and to teaching you the skills required to network and succeed in the United States.

Strong Academic Curriculum

Ivy Bridge College is dedicated to setting you up for a high level of success. To achieve this, we have a defined set of learning outcomes embedded in the curriculum. Our curriculum includes strong liberal and general education requirements with embedded writing intensive courses, as well as major requirements and flexible options for electives. Our academic courses are taught by Tiffin University faculty and are dynamic and discussion-oriented, allowing you to collaborate, debate and interact within an online community.

You’ll have access to faculty via e-mail newsgroups, and live chat, as well as through weekly online office hours And through active class participation and dialogue with fellow students all over the United States and beyond, you'll develop a valuable online network of colleagues and friends.

It's All About You

With the costs of four-year colleges skyrocketing, community colleges are more crowded than ever, making it harder for students to get the attention and support they deserve. Not at Ivy Bridge. Our relatively small student body, combined with our unique approach to student-first education, helps ensure you're never lost in the crowd. Our class sizes never exceed 20 students.

For all of these reasons and more, hundreds of students have found Ivy Bridge College to be the ideal place to make a brighter future for themselves. We hope you'll join them.
